Chef at Merrill Inn
Edward and Amy Shubert, owners of the historic Merrill Inn in the heart of Prince Edward County are pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Sullivan as Chef of the Merrill Inn.
Michael has over 20 years experience in some of the finest restaurants in Toronto, in “The Fifth”, rated Toronto’s top restaurant the last two years by Toronto Life Magazine. He also worked at Auberge du Pommier, Opus, Matisse and The Roof Restaurant at the Park Plaza Hotel. He is a graduate of George Brown College’s Chef’s Program.
Michael is extremely passionate about food and has crafted a truly artisan menu utilizing the freshest ingredients from the County. This spring, he will implement a demonstration garden at the Inn to include a variety of herbs and lettuces to be used in the restaurant.
